On Nov. 16 at 1:33 a.m. Denison security requested an officer to investigate a possible rape. Officer Markley responded to 250 Ridge Rd. and was not able to talk to the victim.
On Nov. 17 at 11:55 a.m. Denison Security was called and advised that a female student awoke this morning and found an unknown male on top of her. Officer Nicodem spoke to the victim and a witness. They did not wish to pursue a case. An incident report has been filed and is still under investigation.
On Nov. 17 at 2:21 p.m. a Denison student came to the police department to inform them of a potential check scam she could have been involved in. The complainant said no criminal act was committed on her. Officer Nicodem advised that she partner with theAttorney General’s office in reference to this scam.
