The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) is an umbrella council for Multicultural Greek-letter organizations at Denison. On Denison’s campus, there are five organizations. This includes: Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc., Alpha Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc., Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. and Chi Sigma Tau National Fraternity, Inc.

Established on December 26, 1931, Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is the oldest Latino Fraternity in existence.
